# Accounting and Value Transfer

$ASI is the central unit of account and value transfer between the various stakeholders within the AltSignals community.

* Lifetime Access Pass - Achieve the highest tier of membership available at AltSignals by using your 50,000 tokens to receive a Lifetime pass and achieve exposure to shared revenue on new products.
* Holding in wallet  - $ASI can be used to secure a place on whitelists for up and coming private sales of new projects who have partnered with AltSignals. 
* Win transactions - Token holders will be able to win $ASI tokens in trading tournaments set up by the AltSignals Team. 
* Earn transactions - AI Club Members will be rewarded with the $ASI token for contributing to projects, including product development, testing and roadmap conversations.
